The Marketing and Sales Programme will deliver the following programme aims:

• To introduce participants to best practice marketing principles and philosophies
• Provide insights into the essentials of marketing communication to include an outline of the advantages, steps and cost involved in PR, Advertising, Text message Marketing and other promotional activity.
• To introduce social media within the context of the Board Marketing Mix as a key element of modern marketing for small business
• To present a practical introduction to Sales by presenting ideas, techniques and processes that can be utilised by small business.
