ABOUT MICHAEL BYRNES
Over the past 30 years he has worked with over 3,500 small businesses throughout the country. He has considerable experience in assisting businesses in recessionary times. During the 1980's and early 1990's he completed many in-company straategic reviews on behalf of the Irish Government Department of Finance and the Department of Enterprise e, Trade and employment. This included downsizing and restructuring companies in difficulty.
