Accelerate - Driving Your Business Forward is an exciting new initiative which has been launched by the City and County Enterprise Boards. Applications to take part in the scheme are invited from enthusiastic and motivated owner managers who are in operation in excess of 18 months. The aim of the programme will give owner managers an opportunity to grow and develop their businesses. Interested parties are now invited to attend our information morning to find out more about Accelerate.

About Accelerate Driving Your Business Forward

Programme Duration

The programme will be delivered over a 6-9 month timeframe and comprising of 6 group management development workshops and 6 one to one mentoring sessions including:

Leadership & Management

Planning & Operations

Marketing

Sales

Finance

Mentoring

You will be allocated a mentor as part of the programme. The mentor assigned to you will be drawn from a panel of highly skilled and experienced business mentors with particular expertise in assisting the growth and development of small businesses. The mentor will be selected based on your specific business needs and will work with you to assist you in developing practical solutions that will help you manage your business more effectively.

Peer Review

At the beginning of modules 2-6 there will be an opportunity to exchange your ideas with peers. Progress on implementation of programme business practices will be reviewed by you and your peers on this programme.

Information morning Wedesnday 25th APril. Course commences on 29th of May, 19th of June, 24th of July, 14th of August, 4th of September and the 2nd of October.
