2011 will present more challenges for business owners as many of us will be faced with having to do more with less, not just financially, but also in terms of people and time. However, to win and retain business we will still be expected to deliver the same level of service to our clients.
Improvements in efficiency and decisions on what is most effective can be key to managing this issue.
